Mortgage Resumes
Careers that involve being put in charge of lending money to people for mortgages are a fast-track to long-term success. Mortgage lenders must possess great interpersonal skills, trustworthiness (or sadly, the appearance of trustworthiness), and an upbeat, positive attitude. They must be good with numbers and able to solve complex problems that arise in a timely, productive manner.
Likewise, the resumes of anyone looking to get involved with the practice of lending money for mortgages must be a good reflection of these skills, traits, and attributes. Citing experience that involves working with new people everyday, illustrates trustworthiness, or shows an ability solve problems quickly and analytically will look good to potential employers. Any hirer who looks over an application with this type of information on the resume will be impressed and more likely to hire someone over another person who lacks this information. Now, the question that remains is how to go about creating this resume.
